About Us
We are a privately owned business, established in 1974, specialising in the residential letting market. Over the years our portfolio has grown to over 1500 properties ranging from studio flats to luxurious detached houses throughout Glasgow and Edinburgh.
We have over 30 members of dedicated staff who are regularly trained in house to ensure the highest standards are maintained. In addition as members of ARLA- the Association of Residential Letting Agents- we regularly attend meetings to ensure staff are up to date with all legislation.
Over the years we have found that one of the key aspects to success in property management is maintaining a high profile on both the high street and internet. We have 2 busy city centre offices - one in Glasgow city centre and one in Edinburgh’s busy West End.
With the rise of the web as a tool for prospective tenants to find their perfect property we fully appreciate the need to have a truly strong presence on the internet. Tenants now scout for properties from the comfort of their own home so we ensure that all our properties can be seen on any number of websites. We have numerous long running relationships with various property portals which ensures our properties can be seen by thousands of people everyday. Our own website Fineholm.co.uk is on Google Page 1 for the top 20 most commonly searched for phrases and we advertise on Rightmove, lettingweb, Citylets, s1homes, gspc, propertyfinder, yell.com plus many more.
